The Henderson, NV location has amazing customer service. Sydney was amazing and made sure everything was taken care of. She made sure even though it was busy that she kept a smile on her face and never let rude people get to her. Will be coming back!
My husband and I come to this Rubio's often. Antonio is always super nice! He works hard to remember my very complicated order and I really appreciate that! Everyone we've dealt with at this location is always very sweet and has great customer service! And of course the food is always amazing! I definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a Rubio's in Vegas!
Run! Do not walk if you've never tried Rubios. I haven't been able to look at Chipotle the same since first going to this place. I went for the lobster bowl since my sister raves about it and it seems to be limited time offering. OMG!! I got so sad when my bowl was empty. This bowl is absolutely delicious. I had to leave off the chipotle white sauce since I can't have milk, but the main attraction is the garlic butter they give you to go on top. Absolutely mouthwatering, so I don't think I missed out on much by not adding the sauce, though I'm sure it makes it that much better. I'm actually on my way there again now. That's how much I love it.
Came here to claim my birthday freebie (free entree with the purchase of an entree) & omg it was soo good! I will forever love rubios. The shrimp taco plate was so delicious. The shrimp mexican street corn bowl is always my go to, with extra chipotle sauce. The service is fast & they bring the food to your table. They even offered water without us having to ask. Ambiance is very clean & pretty. There is an outdoor dining option as well.
Move over chipotle, Rubio's is serving high quality Mexican food with fair portion sizing. You truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu in my opinion, all entrees are made with super fresh ingredients and seasoned well. I particularly like their fried fish tacos and shrimp burritos. For dessert get a churro and side of chips to go with their fresh made in house salsa.
